Food Pantry System was developed under Helping Our People — a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving people in need. The product exists to help food pantries distribute food efficiently and keep the records partners and funders require.
Food pantries work under real pressure: lines form, volunteers change, and boards still need accurate unduplicated counts and program reports. Food Pantry System was created under Helping Our People to meet those needs with practical Windows desktop software — not a generic enterprise package.
Over 15+ years of real-world pantry use, the system has grown to support family information, daily and offsite distributions, barcode ID cards, inventory receiving, appointment scheduling, bilingual forms, and reports for CDBG, EFSP, United Way, Feeding America, and more.
